The Referring Party Indemnity certificate certifies that referring real estate agent, real estate broker, mortgage lender, relocation company or other relevant third party referral service who is named or included in any claim against the above named insured due to an act, error or omission resulting from the referred inspection will be provided coverage according to all terms, limitations and conditions of the policy.
